Born in Casale Monferrato, August 15, 1982

  • 2007 – 2010: PhD student in Engineering for Water and Environment Management at Politecnico di Torino – PhD dissertation at Politecnico di Torino (Italy) – Thesis title “Runoff estimation in data-scarce and ungauged basins with systematic use of morpho-climatic information”
  • January – April 2009: visiting student at the University of Arizona (supervisor Prof. Peter Troch)
  • July 2007: National certification in Civil Engineering
  • December 2006: Master degree in Civil Engineering at Politecnico di Torino with a thesis on “Statistical analysis of mean and extreme climatologic variables at global scale”
  • June – September 2006: visiting student at Duke University (supervisor Prof. Amilcare Porporato)
