Muhammad Azmat was born in Gujranwala, Pakistan, on 12th February, 1986.

  • He earned his Bacholer degree in Agricultural Engineering in 2008 from University of Agriculture, Fasialabad, Pakistan.
  •  Master degree in Water Resources Management in 2011 from Center of Excellence in Water Resources Engineering, University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, Pakistan.
  • Now he is doing Ph.D in Engineering for Natural and Built Environmnet from Politecnico di Torino, Italy.

Job History

  • From 2009 to 2010 he is worked as a research fellow on a project title “Impact Evaluation Study of Irrigation System on Agriculture in Pakistan”.
  •  From 2010 to 2011 he is worked as Junior Engineer on project “Feasibility Study of Small/Medium Dams in Pakistan”, working on Survey of dam sites, Hydrology, hydraulics, Sedimentation and Irrigation network.
  • He also worked as visiting teacher in Hydrology Department, Punjab University Lahore, Pakistan.
